How to join the Discord server

The invite link below is open to anyone — free, no application or approval required.

  1. Click the invite link above to join Discord.
  2. If you don’t have a Discord account yet, create one for free from the prompt — just an email address is enough, and it takes a couple of minutes.
  3. Once you join the server, you’ll see a welcome message.
  4. Open the 🇬🇧 English category in the left sidebar and head to the channel you need.

Which channel for which question

Private support tickets (account, billing, individual issues)

For anything you’d rather not share publicly — account details, billing questions, account-specific bugs — use the ticket system. It spins up a private channel that only you and the support team can see.

  1. Open the 🎟|create-ticket channel from the left sidebar.
  2. Pick a category (the type of question) from the panel shown.
  3. A private channel is created just for you, where you can chat with the support team.
  4. Hit Close when your issue is resolved — the ticket is automatically archived.

Ticket conversations are visible only to you and the support team, so it’s safe to share account numbers or screenshots.

General questions and casual chat

  • 💭|general-chat — Casual conversation about TraderIsMe and anything trading-related.
  • 📈|trading-talk — Strategy, market views, journaling tips — community discussion among traders.

These are public channels, so other members may chime in too. Posting your “how do I…” questions here also leaves a trail that helps the next person.

Feature requests and feedback

Got an idea like “I wish it could do X” or “this could work better”? Drop it in the dedicated forum channel (coming soon) or in 💭|general-chat. Requests with the most upvotes and replies move up the priority list.

To get help faster, please check the following first:

  • Search the official docs (this site) for similar Q&A.
  • Check Discord’s 📣|announcements and 🆕|updates channels for known incidents or maintenance notices.
  • For bug reports, please include reproduction steps, when it happened, and your environment (OS, browser, MT4/MT5 version) — the more specific, the faster we can help.

Support hours

Our support team operates during weekday daytime hours in JST (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9). Messages sent overnight, early morning, or on holidays may not be answered until the next business day. We post updates about high-severity incidents (platform-wide outages and the like) in 📣|announcements.

Q. I don’t have a Discord account. Do I really need one?

Yes — a Discord account is required to contact us. It’s free, takes only an email address, and only a couple of minutes to create. You can use Discord on mobile, in your desktop browser, or via the desktop app.

Q. Can I email you instead?

Sorry — we don’t offer email support. To keep response times fast and answer quality consistent, everything runs through Discord. The ticket system gives you the same privacy as email, just inside Discord.

Q. Can other users see my Discord conversations?

Tickets opened from 🎟|create-ticket are private channels visible only to you and the support team. Public channels like 💭|general-chat or 📈|trading-talk are visible to everyone in the server, so always use a ticket when you need to share account info or anything personal.

Q. Is Japanese support available?

Yes. The same Discord server has a 🇯🇵 日本語 category. Open a ticket in Japanese from 🎟|チケット作成.
